This design was made based on the previous brief, which was a lit bit more classic, they want something more heritage and well crafted. So i have made the design, but by the next week, they gave another direction. So, this is just the way i appreciate what i have done, i still remember how tired i was when i did the illustration..gossshh -.-‘

cafe batavia was my final project i made for my thesis.
it is a re-branding for cafe Batavia. Taking its venue in a colonial landmark in Jakarta. Cafe Batavia serves as an enchanting indonesi fine dining, within a 20’th century colonial atmosphere, at which time, great influence of art deco in batavia.
i spent everything to achieve the best visual i could gain. However, i could not have done it without helps from my lecturer, and my friends. Well, i am so satisfied and happy to know that my cafe batavia is appreciated as IGDA (Indonesia graphic design award) nominator.
